Reflexology is an ancient method for activating the healing powers of the body. It uses the principles of energy zones and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, gland and body parts. A foot or facial reflexology treatment takes about 60 minutes and involves applying different amounts of pressure with the hands to these energy zones and reflex areas to facilitate healing to all parts of the body. Hand sessions and extended 90 or 120 minute sessions are available.

Life happens, I understand. Therefore, I give all of my clients one free missed appointment per year. In the event of a second missed appointment or less than 24-hour notice of cancellation, please compensate me 60% of the cost of the missed appointment.
