Reflexology is an ancient method for activating the healing powers of the body. It uses the principles of energy zones and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, gland and body parts. A foot reflexology treatment takes about 60 minutes and involves applying different amounts of pressure with the hands to these energy zones and reflex areas to facilitate healing to all parts of the body. Facial sessions and extended 90-minute sessions are available.
Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I understand. Therefore, I give all of my clients one free missed appointment per year. In the event of a second missed appointment or less than 24-hour notice of cancellation, I charge a cancellation fee of 60% of the cost of the missed appointment.
